Texas Hills RV Haven Policies
All reservations reqire a non-refundable one night deposit by provding a credit/debit card to hold the space(s) you wish to reserve.
Check In / Check Out
Check in is 3PM the day of your reservation starts. If you wish or need to check in earlier please let us know at the time you book your stay or call us at 325-379-1119.
Check out is Noon on the last day of your reservation. If you need to stay beyond Noon we will charge a half day.

8 days or more prior to stay: You will be charged the one night deposit.
7 day or less prior to stay: There will be NO REFUND and you will be charged the full amount. You will receive a credit for the amount and can schedule at a later date (within 6 months or original reservation) excluding any recognized Holidays or special events.
Defined as "a sound, especially one that is loud or unpleasant or that causes disturbance" is not appreciated in the park at any time, but will not be allowed from 10:30PM - 8AM. The park owner loves music (blues, metal, country, etc.) but our guests come to get some peace and quiet, please help out in this manner. If you cannot comply, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
WE LOVE PETS!!! We need you to ensure they stay on a leash and that when nature calls you are there to clean up after them.
We cannot allow pets in cabins nor the lake house. Animals cannot verbally state "Hey, this is mine" and do so in other ways that have a negative impact to interiors and require costly clean up.
