Cancellation Policy

Our preference is to rebook your stay for a future date. However, if you are unable to reschedule, the following policy will apply:

1. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to: texashillsrvhaven111@yahoo.com
2. If you cancel 8 or more days before your arrival date, you will only be charged a one-night deposit.
3. If you cancel 7 days or less before your stay, there will be no refund and the full amount will be charged.
4. No refunds will be issued for early departures. We do not charge for sunshine, and we do not offer refunds due to bad weather.

Park Policies

Texas Hills RV Haven is not responsible for accidents or damage to persons and/or personal property.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in begins at 12:00 PM and must be approved by the owners.
Early check-in fees: $15 for RV sites / $25 for cabins (cash only).

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 3:00 PM with owner approval.
Late check-out fees: $15 for RV sites / $25 for cabins (cash only).

Parking & Speed Limit

The speed limit inside the park is 5 mph and must be observed at all times.
Do not park on the grass in the median areas.
Do not park inside areas that have split rail fence barriers.

RV Requirements

All RVs are required to have a surge protector before connecting to power. This helps prevent electrical issues and protects both guests and the park. Electrical connections are tested regularly.

Day Guests

Day guests must be approved by the owners.
Fee: $5 per person (ages 10 and older, cash only).
Guests must not park on the grass in the median or inside fenced areas.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM. You do not have to go to sleep, but please keep noise levels low so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Music

Outside music must be kept at a moderate volume out of respect for other guests.

Pet Policy

All pets must be on a leash when outside for the safety of guests and pets.
Pet waste must be picked up immediately.
Pets are allowed in cabins for a fee of $10 per pet, per night.

Smoking Policy

No cigarette butts may be left on the grounds or in fire rings.
The lake house and all cabins are strictly non-smoking.

RV Tank Dumping

No RV winterizing or tank cleaning/dumping is allowed on the property.

Campfires

Campfires must remain inside the designated fire rings.
No open fires are allowed.
If Llano County is under a burn ban, campfires will not be permitted.

Tent Policy

Tent camping is not allowed.
The only exception is for children staying with a family whose primary accommodation is an RV site or cabin.

Swimming

Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Kayaks

Life jackets are required at all times while on the water.
Children under 13 are not allowed to use kayaks.
Guests ages 13–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while on the water.
All guests must collect personal items and dispose of trash after use.

Playground

Children must be supervised at all times.
The playground must not be used after dark.

Cleaning Fish

Do not clean fish on picnic tables or inside cabins.
Do not throw fish remains into the water near the shoreline.
Fish remains must be bagged and placed in the park trash containers.

Firearms

Open carry is not allowed.
Firearms, airsoft guns, BB guns, and paintball guns are not permitted on the property.

ATVs & Off-Road Vehicles

ATVs, off-road vehicles, and dune buggies must remain on the road at all times.
The park speed limit is 5 mph.
